Globally, the majority of microgrids frequently use expensive, environmentally hazardous diesel generators. Aashii is a scalable energy storage technology that lowers the price per kWh of electricity while effectively integrating renewable energy, enabling even remote sites to remain energy independent with increased resilience and reliability. With a 400 kWh storage capacity and storage times of up to 12 hours, the Enlitso manufacturing unit is a turnkey shipping container-sized unit that enables microgrid operators to capitalize on renewable energy investments and increase reliability. The Aashii manufacturing facility offers a battery-in-a-building solution for storage periods up to 12 hours and capacities starting at 3 MW. This makes this option perfect for microgrid installations on campuses.

Because it can store energy during off-peak hours and supply energy during peak hours, the MG idea or renewable energy technologies integrated with energy storage systems (ESS) have grown in interest and popularity. However, the limitations of current ESS technology include charging and discharging, safety, dependability, size, cost, life cycle, and general management. As a result, in order to improve the performance of ESS in MG applications, we offer an upgraded ESS in terms of capacity, protection, control interface, energy management, and features.
